1. Mod Podge
Yes the glitter will come off on you but one coat of Mod Podge (or Elmers glue) and that issue is solved. I purchased this for a Halloween costume and can now use it for future costumes if need be.
2. Great costume accessory!
Although it makes a glittery mess, which is to be expected,my 4 year old LOVES it! It will be a great accessory to her costume this year, and I plan on letting her put it with her dress up things, for as long as it holds up. VERY CUTE!!!

Nothing great, did the trick
I bought this play microphone for my niece's birthday. It appears to be a cheaply made microphone but for the price I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. Plus, it's going to a 3 year old who will play with it for a while and move onto something else. It's nothing over the top, but just what I was expecting. She had fun with it, and that's all that matters.
