Be aware this hat is held by an elastic band. I am cutting that off and using a hat pin because it is too tight. that is however the case with all elastic band mini top hats. the hat however is adorable, and the feathers are terrific. Slap a watch on this and it is steam punk gold.

Very nice but needs a better description
I ordered this hat to go along with a costume I will be using this Halloween. When I received this I noticed that there is an elastic chin strap wasn't pointed out in the original description of the product. I still plan on using this and will find a way to make it work but had I known about this elastic strap, I would have re-considered.
