Great costume
This is well worth the price. The costume is full and rich in color and design. It is also well made as most of these costumes are not. My little one loves to twirl and this is definitely her favorite dress to twirl in. The over skirt and jacket are separate pieces so that she can dress as "the full wizard" or leave these pieces off to be a princess. The wand does not come with it but I was able to get one easily enough from Amazon.
As to the size, she is 3 and I had to hem this about 2 inches but the body part fits well.
